I would like members and staff of NARAL Pro-Choice America to be aware that H.R. 1384, the Medicare for All Act of 2019, would repeal the Hyde Amendment and provide full reproductive services for all Americans, including abortion services and contraception. It would be extremely helpful if advocacy groups like NARAL Pro-Choice would support this legislation and make sure it supercedes individual state's abilities to enact laws limiting choice.
